  • East x West Med offers telemedicine visits only. Dr. Robbins is currently accepting patients in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

  • Please book a free phone consultation for information on our different fees for service depending on your specific needs and to learn more about our limited time introductory offerings. Rates are subject to change at any time.

  • We do not accept insurance for medical services, however a superbill may be provided to the patient to be submitted directly to insurance for reimbursement. Labs can be ordered through insurance via Labcorp.

    East x West Med cannot guarantee reimbursement rates and is not responsible for any fees not reimbursed by insurance. We recommend you speak with your insurance company directly to discuss your benefits.

  • Yes! We do accept HSA/FSA as payment for all visits, including for fees for reports and specialty tests.

    Upon booking a visit you will receive a link to create a patient portal. You may use this portal to send messages related to scheduling needs as well as messages to Dr. Robbins for medication refills and medical questions. Depending on the complexity of the concern, you may be asked to set up a phone or video visit to discuss in further detail.

  • There is a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy without penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email or use the patient portal to inform us of the cancellation with adequate advanced notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests past the 48 hour mark will be subject to the cost of a full visit amount.
